We are called Ravenopus because the work lives at the intersection of two unusual kinds of intelligence.

The raven stands for strategic thinking and systems-hacking. A bird that uses tools, plans several moves ahead, and learns to exploit whatever environment it lands in. That is our approach to strategy and analytics: map the terrain, spot the leverage points other agencies miss, and design moves that bend existing rules instead of politely playing by them.

The octopus stands for radical adaptability and multi-channel execution. In the wild, octopuses solve new problems on the fly, escape from impossible traps, and rearrange their environments. The Founder

Sixteen years of building commercial systems before Ravenopus.

Google (Russia & CIS, 2010-2013): Senior Industry Analyst. The first time I saw, with data, how much marketing spend was structurally indefensible.

eBay (2013-2024): Regional Business Analyst across 200+ countries, then through eBay’s Analytics Leadership Development Program, and finally GTM Manager for eBay Exports in the US, working with 4.5 million US sellers and millions of buyers globally. The pattern across every market was the same: the marketing thinking was usually fine, but the system around it was the problem.

Years of working with marketing agencies in operator roles, and eventually building a traditional agency of my own. Every engagement told me the same story: queues, handoffs, fragmented retainers, attribution theater. Structural, not personal.
