The agency that ships.

Not decks. Not strategy memos. Not “we’ll have it Tuesday.” We produce campaigns, landing pages, emails, and pipelines — the actual work — in the time it takes your current team to schedule a kickoff call.

The Real Problem

Every frustration with your current agency is a queue problem.

Strategy waits on copy. Copy waits on design. Design waits on media. Media waits on analytics. Each handoff adds days. Each one loses context. Each one is a place where a human, somewhere, has another client ahead of you.

That is why your campaign takes six weeks instead of three days. That is why your retainer is fifty thousand a month and produces four deliverables. That is why you spend Friday afternoons project-managing your own agency.

You did not buy an agency. You bought a queue.

The Answer

One operator. 30+ agents. No queue.

Ravenopus is the first agency built without a labor bottleneck. Every role you would normally fill with a small department — strategist, copywriter, designer, media buyer, analyst, CRO specialist, and the rest of a full growth team — runs as a specialized AI agent. One senior operator orchestrates the system, edits the output, and signs the work.

The result is not a faster agency. It is a structurally different agency. Six-week campaigns become three-day campaigns. Fragmented departments become one closed-loop system. The retainer reflects output, not reserved time.

Why Ravenopus

Two minds. One organism.

We are called Ravenopus because the work lives at the intersection of two unusual kinds of intelligence.

The raven stands for strategic thinking and systems-hacking. A bird that uses tools, plans several moves ahead, and learns to exploit whatever environment it lands in. That is our approach to strategy and analytics: map the terrain, spot the leverage points other agencies miss, and design moves that bend existing rules instead of politely playing by them.

The octopus stands for radical adaptability and multi-channel execution. In the wild, octopuses solve new problems on the fly, escape from impossible traps, and rearrange their environments. They do not just survive. They improvise. That is how the engine ships work: flexible, experimental, many arms at once, always inventing unconventional paths to results.

Raven plus octopus equals Ravenopus. Sharp strategy in the sky. Fearless execution in the deep. One organism, focused on creating unfair advantage for your growth.

Linara Bozieva, Founder of Ravenopus

From the Founder

When I started Ravenopus, the question I kept coming back to was simple. If labor was no longer the bottleneck in marketing, what would an agency look like that had absorbed that fact?

Not a faster version of the old model. Not a leaner version. A structurally different one.

I came to that question from sixteen years of building commercial systems before Ravenopus. Analytics at Google in Russia and CIS, then analytics at eBay across 200+ countries, then GTM at eBay in the US for 4.5 million US sellers and millions of buyers globally. Years of working with marketing agencies, and eventually building a traditional agency of my own before this one. The pattern across every engagement was the same. The actual marketing thinking was usually fine. The system around it was the problem. Queues, handoffs, fragmented retainers, attribution theater, all of it structural.

Ravenopus is the agency I would have wanted to hire when I was on the buyer side. More than thirty specialized AI agents covering every function of a traditional growth team. One human operator running the system, editing the output, putting my name on the work. No queues, no department handoffs, honest attribution. The work that would normally take a small agency four weeks gets shipped in three days, and you have one person to talk to about all of it.

This is a new category, and it is still being written. If you are a funded founder who is tired of paying retainers for queue time, the work we do here may be useful to you.

Questions

The things buyers actually ask.

What is an AI-native marketing agency?

An AI-native marketing agency runs the full cycle of marketing — research, strategy, creative, paid media, organic social and search, conversion, lifecycle, and analytics — through a coordinated system of AI agents instead of human departments. It is built on AI from the ground up, not a traditional agency that bolted AI tools onto an existing org chart. Ravenopus runs more than 30 specialized agents across five departments under one human operator.

Who checks the work if AI agents produce it?

One named person, and the constraint on that is real enough to have a name. Production costs collapsed; the volume one accountable person can read closely enough to genuinely stand behind did not — Ravenopus calls that the Inspection Ceiling and writes about it publicly rather than claiming it away. It is why engagements are capped at one to two per month instead of scaled to whatever the agents could produce.

How is this different from a freelancer with AI, or a SaaS tool?

It is neither, and those two labels fail in opposite directions. A freelancer with AI tools carries one person's capacity and one person's ceiling; here a department of specialized agents sits underneath a single decision seat. Software hands your team a login and expects them to operate it; there is no login — you buy the finished work, not a seat license.

What does it cost?

Ravenopus bills a flat monthly retainer and never quotes per deliverable. The Full Engine starts at $20,000 per month on a three-month minimum. Most engagements open with the one-time $1,500 72-Hour Growth Diagnostic — a funnel teardown, three prioritized interventions, and one prototype blueprint, delivered in three days and refunded in full if it is late.

How fast is it, really?

Work that takes six weeks through a conventional agency ships in days here, though turnaround is the least interesting part of it. What speed actually buys is the number of feedback loops closed in a quarter, and the operation that iterates more often calibrates sooner. A slow loop does not only learn less than a fast one — it learns late, and it learns wrong.

Can I buy just one channel — only ads, or only AEO?

No. Ravenopus runs full-cycle growth on one retainer: strategy, creative, paid media, organic social and search, CRO, lifecycle, and analytics. Channel work detached from positioning, measurement, and the rest of the funnel underperforms, so it is not sold that way. The $1,500 diagnostic is how to see the engine run before committing to all of it.

The long versions live in the Engine Log: who checks the work, why this is not freelancing or software, and what speed actually buys.

We take one to two new engagements per month.

Retainers start at twenty thousand dollars. Three-month minimum. If you are a funded founder who knows your queue is the bottleneck, the next step is a short conversation.
